- Customers are responsible for verifying payment amounts and recipient details before making payment.
- In the event of overpayment, duplicate payment, or mistaken transfer, customers must contact Keo Ne Delights and provide supporting payment records for verification.
- For banking compliance, anti-fraud, and security purposes, refunds will only be made to:
- The original payer; or
- A bank account held under the same name as the original payer.
- Refunds to third-party accounts, nominee accounts, or accounts belonging to a different individual will not be processed.
- Keo Ne Delights reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any refund.
- Refund processing time may vary depending on banking procedures, transfer limits, weekends, public holidays, and verification requirements.
